I would recommend Catherine to anyone. She is such a lovely, kind hearted person and she is so talented at applying make up and advising on different fashions.

I first met Catherine when I booked a photo shoot for my fiancé’s wedding present. I was so nervous but she put me completely at ease. She is really chatty, interesting and easy going. Catherine’s make up was so fantastic that the photographer said she wouldn’t need to airbrush the photos! (And my face could do with a lot of air brushing normally!).

I was so impressed that I booked Catherine to do my wedding make up. She made me feel so special and beautiful on my wedding day, I can’t thank her enough. She also did a wonderful job on my mum’s makeup. My mum didn’t normally wear make up but Catherine gave her a subtle and fresh look which mum was delighted with. I had a lovely make up trial at Catherine’s beautiful house and she made me a delicious lunch. I also recommended Catherine to my friend Sarah and she was really impressed with her wedding make up.

Catherine even came clothes stopping with me and gave me more confidence in swapping my jeans for more flattering outfits. I now feel much better about picking clothes that suit me.

NO MORE CONFUSION AND UNCERTAINTY I had a mens colour and style session with Catherine. After many years of confusion and uncertainty when it came to the colour of my clothes and what is ‘my style’ I realised I needed the help of someone with an expert eye. My session with Catherine was everything I had hoped for and more. Catherine is very pleasant to talk to and it’s obvious she is very good at what she does. For hours we poured over images and colours and talked about styles and ideas. I was amazed with patience and willingness to answer my constant questions. As a result from the time I spent with her I now feel a new sense of vigour and empowerment when it comes to choosing my clothing and its colouring. I must say that the colour analysis has helped me tremendously. It makes picking and choosing so much simpler and easier. I also feel good knowing that all my items are going to complement each other, giving me the simple, but sophisticated and coordinated look that I’ve wanted for a long time.

GORGEOUS BRIDAL MAKE UP After two Covid postponements I finally got my wedding day almost two years after my make-up trial with Catherine! She went through this journey with me and I was so glad to still have her do mine, my three bridesmaids and my mum’s make up on the big day. I initially spoke to Catherine at All About Style many months ago and was looking to plan a time to do a personal shop in person. Due to Covid restrictions this was impossible to do.

Catherine adapted her business model almost overnight. We arranged a Zoom styling session and a personalised Pinterest board, which she took me through again via Zoom. I found Catherine to have a natural way of getting to what my personal style was. Something I had never really thought much about. Catherine was very flexible, working to my preferences, availability and price point. She was also able to encourage me to try colours I had never really thought about. The personalised colour swatches sent in the post is a nice touch and gives me something to reference when I go out and buy any new clothes. This helps to dramatically reduce my confusion when shopping and makes the whole experience more enjoyable. Something I never thought I’d hear myself say.
